• Coaching, internship or application information

• Waiver or policy acknowledgements

Free Trial and other applicable form submissions may be delivered or stored through Google Sheets and Gmail.

2. How We Use Information

We use website information for purposes such as:

• Responding to inquiries

• Arranging requested free trials

• Communicating about a submitted request

• Reviewing coaching or internship inquiries

• Handling sponsorship inquiries

• Maintaining and improving the website

Submitting a Free Trial form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is an optional analytics service. GA4 does not load on hoverlafc.com unless the visitor grants Optional Analytics consent through Cookie Settings, and visitors can later withdraw that consent.

We do not describe GA4 data as completely anonymous.

5. Children’s Privacy

Hoverla F.C. is a youth soccer organization, but website forms that collect player information are intended to be completed by parents, legal guardians, or other authorized adults. The Free Trial form must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.

We collect information about youth players from their parents or legal guardians for purposes such as arranging requested trials and communicating about participation.

We do not knowingly intend to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website forms. If we learn that personal information was submitted directly by a child under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information or obtain appropriate parent or guardian involvement, as appropriate.

6. Data Sharing

Hoverla F.C. does not sell personal information.

Information may be provided to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website or fulfill a submitted request.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, our legitimate club and business needs, and applicable legal requirements.
